RP Kicked to the curb, what took you so long?

so it looks like whoever had February 18 in their pool won (story here). I’m sure none of us are surprised, or if you are it’s b/c you thought it would happen sooner. Up to this point I had supported loux and even hoped against hope that things would work out as unrealistic as that was. I held on to the fact that LSU players that get caught up in counterfeiting rings have a great tradition. They are 1 of 1 in winning the Heisman so it was basically a sure thing that RP was going to win it this year or next (still three short of the 4 he said he was going win, but i would have taken it) ……

But now I have to turn my back on him (just like at the end of goodfellas). As was once said by our former coach who shall remain nameless “It’s time to move on”. What I don’t get is why the hell is he just suspended WTF this was like his 6th last chance…..Are they going to let him hang around till he causes a big distraction at a critical point next season, just to add drama…... I really don’t know what else there is to say.

I don’t hate RP and being someone who has had his share of troubles in life (we’re talking self made troubles here) I even kind of understand (which most ppl don’t), but the thing is obviously it’s just not happening here and it is really in the best interest of everyone including RP to just close the book on this chapter.

I always liked tiki as a player but I thought it was classless the  way he called out his old teammates to jump start his media career. lol tiki maybe it wasn’t ‘their’ fault after all.

 

Cory Webster, Blue gay, and Kevin Faulk (LSU guys) all had decent games which was good to see. (while were on the subject of lsu guys guess I should also give Carville a tip of the hat for a solid commercial).

 

And I guess Don Shula’s bitter old ass is happy lol….
